About Cecilia
Hi! My name is Cecilia, and I am an enthusiastic, dedicated gap year student keen to pass on an enthusiasm for learning in all its forms to others. I have just completed A-Levels at Wycombe Abbey School where I am predicted 4 A*s and achieved 12 9s/A*s at GCSE. I would love to help out your children however possible.
I have over 3 years of experience with tutoring children aged 4-14 in many different subjects, including Maths, French, English and Latin. I also have experience with 11+ and 13+ exams - having taken these exams myself I know just how crucial they are and would love to offer any insight I may have.

I think it's important to be flexible in my approach to tutoring. Everyone is different, so I generally start by trying to make my students as comfortable as possible with the basics of a topic before expanding. I aim to adapt my teaching as much as possible to ensure it is engaging, allowing the student to build confidence in their own abilities. I aim to be friendly and patient while still providing a structured learning experience.
I am happy to create materials where necessary.
