"Consistency is more important than perfection". Each person is different with unique goals, body types and personalities. But we all have one thing in common and that is that we are alive, and while we are alive, we should keep it healthy and strong for as long as physically possible so that we can finish our race strong. My goal is to help you develop a love for exercise and being strong.
