About Dustin
I have a degree in culinary arts, and over 12 years in a professional capacity as a chef. This includes not only all food safety measures, but leadership responsibilities. Payroll, ordering, scheduling, menu creation, wine pairing, molecular gastronomy, the list goes on.
I will always remember my time as a new cook, and would love to impart any knowledge I have to any future hopeful chefs.
