About Pooja
I have been teaching for 11 years. I came across students with different needs. The learning needs will be met through goal-making, proper preparation, and teaching. During a lesson, I will incorporate conversation, practice, and evaluation. We will use fun and interesting digital material, for personal needs/interests. The notes on the everyday work of a child are important to understanding the strengths, needs, and next steps of a student.

I have been working as an Educator for a decade. I came across many students who need differentiated learning. I believe for teaching a student, it is important to understand the level of the student and what type of learner he is. It is also important that teaching is hands-on. So that when a child learns something, they should be able to implement it in real-life experience. That's why my first lesson is an orientation, a discussion, reading, writing, and a test to understand the level of the student.
