About Georgina
My name is Georgina St Louis and I am a full-time, secondary school Maths teacher, who has been teaching for the past three years. I have also tutored several students, from the ages of 11 to 16, and have supported all of them to pass their Maths GCSE (ranging from grade 5 to 8). During my training years, I was always encouraged to bring out the best in all my students, regardless of their background and/or learning needs. At Walthamstow Academy, we are also given regular CPD on how to strengthen the students' area of weakness in order for them to make the most progress. I am a passionate teacher, who always seeks to develop my practice. I also look for ways to personalize my teaching, so that the needs of every individual are met. I care about every child I teach and encourage them to believe in themselves, so that they can overcome any obstacle that comes their way. I believe that with hard work, dedication and honesty, any tutee of mine will be a great success.
