Tutoring, for me, is about more than just delivering information—it's about helping students make sense of what they’re learning in a way that feels clear, achievable, and even enjoyable. Every student comes in with different strengths, gaps, and ways of thinking, so I always adapt my approach depending on who I’m working with. I like to keep the sessions interactive. I’ll ask questions, encourage students to think out loud, and try to get a sense of where they’re stuck, not just tell them the answer. It’s about building understanding, not just memorization. I love teaching Reading from Kinder to 2nd Grade!
