About Shefta
I am Shefta Erum, with a BSc in Information Technology, an MBA in Human Resources, and certifications in SAP HCM and ABAP.
I began my career as a trainer in a software company. After becoming a mother, I took a break and faced a personal challenge when my child experienced a speech delay during the COVID period. This journey inspired me to understand how to build language skills and confidence in children.
With the right guidance and consistent effort, my child is now a confident speaker and a successful student in an IB curriculum school in the UAE.
Today, I am passionate about helping children aged 6–10 improve their English speaking skills and build confidence through engaging and supportive learning.

My classes focus on building confidence in children aged 6-10. I help students improve vocabulary, sentences formation, and daily conversation skills through simple, interactive methods.
My goal is to make every child confident, fluent, and comfortable in English.
I have managed speech delay students also to improve their skills also.
