About Linn
Bonjour! With 6 years of experience teaching French to school and college students, I focus on making lessons interactive, engaging, and meaningful. I combine traditional grammar and vocabulary instruction with conversation exercises, role-playing, storytelling, and cultural immersion to help students gain practical fluency.
My lessons are also enhanced with digital tools, interactive quizzes, and multimedia resources to keep learning fun and modern. I personalise every lesson to meet each student’s goals—whether it’s excelling in exams, improving spoken French, or appreciating French culture.

My teaching methodology for French is focused on making learning engaging, effective, and student-centred. I emphasise Accountability, Integrity, Flexibility, Communication, and Positivity.
Accountability helps students stay on track and reach their learning goals. Integrity ensures a safe and respectful environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
Flexibility allows lessons to be adapted to each student’s pace, style, and interests. Communication is at the core—students practise speaking, listening, reading, and writing to develop practical fluency. Positivity encourages motivation, celebrates progress, and fosters a love for learning.
Beyond French, I integrate subjects such as grammar, literature, cultural studies, and conversational skills in other languages. Lessons combine interactive exercises, creative activities, multimedia, and real-life scenarios, helping students gain confidence, practical skills, and cultural understanding.
