About Beatrice

Hi! I’m Beatrice! I’m a native English speaker living in London. I also speak Spanish at an intermediate level! I am a student myself but have always enjoyed teaching others! For this reason, I decided to start tutoring and have taught people how to speak English which I enjoy very much. I have also taught young children how to read which I also loved! I love to inspire my students and help them realise their potential! My hobbies are sewing, fashion, music and movies but I love to hear about my students interests too so I can make lessons more engaging!

About the lesson

I have had experience teaching English to both beginner and intermediate learners with great success! I’ve also taught young children how to read! Typically, a lesson will last anywhere between half an hour to an hour and will focus on either vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, listening or all of them! I will always ask for feedback to ensure you’re getting what you hoped out of these lessons. I believe the most important thing about education is tailoring it to the student - throughout the course I will be assessing and re-evaluating your strengths and weaknesses to make sure the time we spend in lessons is focused on improving the areas that may need work! I am happy to work with students of any age and have had experience with all ages but I am most used to teaching children!
