About Carine
I am an entrepreneur with a very versatile career, I am passionate about personal development, travels, new techs and ambitious people willing to practice their French. I know it can be a difficult language to learn but not everything has to be mastered to start a lovely and authentic conversation "un jour d'été, à la terrasse d'un café". There is a minimum solid background to be gained and then build confidence around it, practicing regularly with fun, candour and good vibes. Learning a language means being able to absorb the energy behind the words and the grammar rules. That means taking the risk to walk away just a little from what we think we are and learning how to act like a French person in your own life, from time to time, in some funny life experiences. I have practised with dozens of backpackers, colleagues and people around the world.

- My teaching method is to speak, discuss, talk, argue, debate...in French, and only French.
- I am using online systems/Apps like Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp as you learn much faster in your environment and the comfort of your favourite room.
- I often use texts as discussion supports regarding one specific field the student is interested in or willing to study.
- Depending on the level of the student, regular grammar lessons are offered and will be studied during the student's spare time.
- Short videos/films are also used when it comes to getting familiar with different accents (most advanced levels)
- Other ad hoc demands like CV/cover letter review or interview training for people looking for a job as a French-speaking candidate.
