About Cassie
I received my 200 hour certification from Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis, as well as 50 continuing education credits received by teaching on retreat in South America. I have tiaght soldiers as part of the U.S. Army's Comprehensive Soldier Fitness Camp and currently teach corporate yoga in the tech industry.

I am always mindful of my students and their personal goals and aspirations with their practice, as well as allowing freedom and autonomy for their own internal and external exploration.
