About Lucía
I studied Chemistry at University because I enjoy learning what's behind the World we live in. When I was a phD student, I went through a moment of great stress and, while looking for solutions, I came up with some Yoga videos from Ramiro Calle, a great teacher. Since then, "Yoga is my life"; as my parents used to tell me jocking.
As I am passionate about teaching, I also studied a Master degree for teaching at high school. Lately, I joined my two passions, Yoga and teaching, by obtaining the Yoga teacher certification. I love teaching Yoga to everyone who wants to learn it because it promotes not only individual but World Wide well-being.

Yoga is based on listening to our body and observing our mind in order to get to know ourselves which, in turn, makes us feel happy and fulfilled. This can only be achieved with love and respect about how we feel at any time. For this reason, I personalized my lessons according to the students and propose alternative asanas so they can find out how they feel and what suits them best at a particular moment.
Needless to say, I also take into account any injury or illness and provide the necessary asana replacement so that the students can obtain all the benefits while preserving their health.
Finally, I greatly appreciate suggestions, questions and/or comments as they are the key to personal and professional growth.
