I have seen her work from scratch and learn everything through trial and error. The amount of hard work and time she has put into her work to make it perfect, to learn it from scratch on her own, is really commendable. And the fact that she loves to share what she is doing, the recipes, the workflow, the outcomes, the results, shows how much passion she has for her work.
