About Anwesha
I am passionate about physics research and outreach and am keen on pursuing a career in experimental physics. I have experience in teaching younger students through coordinating lab projects relevant to everyday life phenomena and organizing astronomy events for students during World Space Week. Currently, I am the outreach officer for the University of Birmingham's Astronomy Society and the editor of The University's bi-annual science magazine SATNAV. I love programming and writing about physics advancements in my free time. I'm also a pianist and tutored younger students last year.

Teaching and learning two sides of the same coin and are driven by an insatiable excitement. I do my best to make lessons as interactive as possible while stretching the mind, by drawing real life examples of phenomena to develop a strong sense of understanding. By thoroughly going through the syllabus material, I constantly encourage practical experience where possible and aim to incorporate varied practice examples and questions to strengthen the student's grasp of the subject. I encourage questions and discussions at all times and am happy to explore topics beyond what is required by the syllabus.
