About Emily
I am a former high school chemistry teacher and college professor interested in student learners and their goals. I want learners to gain confidence in science and succeed. I am here to provide my support to their learning and academic plan. I pay attention to details, prepare a tutoring plan we agree to, and prepare organization and motivation skills designed to help students improve. Meanwhile, they learn how they learn. I enhance my support with real-world examples and how subject matter content in the sciences relates and connects to our experience of the world.

I also use examples from our real world experience and reinforce subject content with students to bring it to life. I have strengths in emotional intelligence and I have two STEM degrees in chemistry (BS) and biological science (MAT) with a master's degree in business administration (MBA).
