About Marian Alexander
I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. The fact that I did take an academic path beyond art came as a surprise even to myself. After studying urbanism, I am currently living and working in Mainz and would be happy to share my skills and experience in painting and drawing to new and old lovers of this art.

My lessons are based on the interests and wishes of the students. Depending on your wishes, the focus is placed on portraits or shading, animal or anatomical drawings - if you have a particular interest, just let me know. This content-related focus is supported by drawing and painting technique exercises. From the years that I spent as a child and adolescent in a drawing school in Bonn, I know how important it is to experiment with reflection. That means: just do it. We'll paint and draw together and I'll give suggestions, feedback and input that should help you move forward. I am always open to questions and requests.
