About Jack
I am about to start my 4th year of engineering at Oxford University in September. I attended Radley College and started tutoring seriously when I left in my Holidays. This began with a 4 month Tutoring job in Gstaad (Switzerland) with Minerva Tutors. After that, I have run my schedule independently in the North Hampshire area where I am typically fully booked throughout the Easter and Christmas Holidays.
I have A levels in Maths, Further Maths, Further Additional Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Tutoring is something I have always enjoyed since I began and their are little other jobs where uplifting change can be seen so quickly.

I like to start by breaking down a student's weakness into topics. From here, I work through a few quick problems of increasing difficulty and varying type to further find out what your child is struggling with. Then I will reteach that area and then work through some further questions. Then at the start of the next lesson I may begin by setting some questions to check that what was learnt, has been retained. If not, then I will try re-explaining the theory from a different angle and through good communication with your child, fix the problem. Of course there is no one fit format available and flexibility from this rough plan has been essential in many of my past success.
