About Marco
Hello! I give application advice and tutor law students (LLB, GDL and SQE). I'm a big believer that anybody with determination can achieve the highest grades. It's about having the right strategy, mindset and support.
I obtained a Distinction in Principles of Civil Procedure during my Master's in Law at Oxford (the BCL). During my LLB (Hons) at Sussex University, I obtained the highest mark of my cohort in first year and in several second and third year modules. Additionally I've obtained a training contract and have 9 months experience working as a litigation paralegal in a Legal 500 Leading Firm.
Being a recent graduate with law firm experience and a proven-track record, I know exactly what you are going through and can provide the exact help you need.

My lessons are customisable to suit your needs but generally include: (1) setting out the framework of the law in a clear structure; (2) providing examples and illustrations, so that the principles are memorable and easily understood; and (3) working through questions to ensure you can easily answer exam papers.
I use all the best teaching techniques I've learnt from experience and books, such as 'Make It Stick', harnessing the latest neuroscience to ensure you obtain top grades! I can also advise on the most effective revision strategies and help cut through all the advice from StudyTubers.
