About Wilfred

Hi, I'm Wilfred! I'm a recent Biochemistry graduate from the University of Oxford and a friendly tutor who is passionate about helping students improve their exam technique and grades!

I have previous tutoring experience with over 20 hours delivered, as well as classroom experience as a teaching assistant! My academic background as a Biochemistry graduate from the University of Oxford, combined with top-tier results throughout GCSEs ((concealed information)) and A-Levels (A*A*A*), equips me to simplify complex subject material for students. I look forward to using my experience and my passion for teaching to help your child rapidly boost their grades!

About the lesson

My approach is delivering interactive lessons tailored to individual needs. Having achieved top grades for Biology, Chemistry, and Maths (three A*s at A-Level), I offer tutoring in these subjects. I also aim to inspire students to become more confident, independent learners who feel comfortable tackling difficult questions. I use the relevant exam board specification to ensure we cover the required content, as well as facilitating regular practice with past paper and exam-style questions.
