I am a student at University of Melbourne. I’m from China and I can speak Mandarin and English fluently. I taught English lessons in China and I received positive feedback. I also have several weeks of volunteering teaching experience in China.

My teaching style is encouraging and immersive. I am happy to hear questions and difficulties from my students. I am patient and willing to repeat every single detail. I introduce topics by relating to real life and students’ interests. I want the students to feel happy, interested and encouraged when they start to learn another language. This trip is not easy but luckily I have my own experience in learning a second language and I am more than willing to share these with my students.
