About John
I have worked in healthcare and in teaching for over 25 years. I usually develop a good rapport with my students. I LOVE math and science. I try to make it both exciting and fun for my students, and they seem to respond well and actually enjoy doing the work. It makes me happy when they actually "Get It!"

I work with students to help them understand the various concepts they are covering in their classes. I explain things in a very logical way, and I like to write out the problems when working them out. My students have often expressed how they are able to better understand the material after working with me. I work best with high school and college students in Math (Algebra, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus) and Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Anatomy & Physiology).
