About Nicole
I currently work as a teacher at an outdoor education centre where I run field trips for every grade, where students learn about the natural world around them. Previously, I worked at a private school in the Caribbean where I taught Grade 11 and 12 Biology, along with Grade 9 Geography. In my summers off I work for a travelling summer camp and recently spent 3 weeks exploring Hawaii with a group of high school students. I love to share my passion for learning with others!

I am a firm believer in experiential learning and think that every lesson should have an activity that is relatable to our everyday experiences. I am a hands-on learner myself and can get lost in text so my aim is to create lessons that allow students to make connections in order to understand the material.
