Hatha, Ashtanga Basic and Ying Yang are some key forms I’ve learned and taught briefly in
Singapore.
Hatha - is a type of yoga that focuses on physical poses and breathing. Its about doing stretches and breathing exercises to make your body and mind feel good.
Ashtanga - a disciplined and physically challenging style of yoga that involves specific poses, breathing, and a focus on daily practice to enhance both physicial fitness and mental well-being.
Yin Yang- is like a balanced mix of calm and active yoga. It has slow, deep stretches (yin) and more energetic movements (yang). This balance helps you feel both relaxed and strong during your practice.
-All classes are always welcome for beginner friendly.
-All classes are contain in 1 hour time.

Details
A space to move at your own pace, without pressure.
Rate:
• RM120 per hour (individual session) (Except Prenatal Yoga Rate)
• +RM30 for each additional participant
Location:
• Sessions within approximately 10km are covered.
• A travel fee of RM20 applies for locations between 11–30km
• Further distances can be arranged with an adjusted travel fee
What You’ll Experience:
• A session tailored to your body, needs, and energy level
• Gentle guidance with attention to alignment and awareness
• Optional hands-on support to deepen your practice (with consent)
Booking Details:
• A RM50 deposit is required during your first session
Rescheduling & Cancellation:
• Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes
• Replacement sessions can be arranged subject to slot availability
• Same-day cancellations will be subject to a 50% session charge
Online Class:
Online sessions are available upon request, depending on your needs.
