My name is Mmampepe a mother of a 13year old boy diagnosed with dyslexia 3 years ago. I have trained him to read and write. He now enjoys going to school and interacting with his classmates. He is now coping with his school work.

Children with special needs also deserve a chance like any other child, they need more teacher support which currently only specialized schools can provide which may be difficult to find.
the best method is to teach phonetics before the spell, they should know how the word looks like, and the meaning behind the word.
