Hi, I’m Dipu, a certified yoga instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience.
I help students improve flexibility, posture, strength, and overall well-being through personalized yoga sessions. My classes focus on managing lifestyle-related issues such as back pain, knee discomfort, cervical stiffness, stress, anxiety, and migraine using safe yoga practices, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods.
Each session is designed according to your age, fitness level, and personal goals. Beginners and working professionals are always welcome.
I offer online yoga classes. The first session helps me understand your needs and plan the right practice for you.

My yoga classes are designed to be safe, simple, and effective for all levels. Each session includes warm-up, yoga asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation.
The focus is on improving flexibility, posture, strength, and mental calmness. These classes help in managing common lifestyle issues such as back pain, knee discomfort, cervical stiffness, stress, anxiety, and migraine through regular practice.
Sessions are personalized according to the student’s age, fitness level, and goals. Beginners and working professionals are welcome.
Classes are conducted online. The first session is used to understand your concerns and design a suitable practice plan.
