My name is Myra, I’ve spent the last few years gaining experience in the mental health sector and I am a big advocate for wellbeing and mental health. I found that sometimes, even if your mental health is okay, having a bit of guidance to realign yourself and gain perspective is helpful! Trained in Mental Health First Aid and experienced in mental health settings, I believe in evaluating life as a whole and using mindfulness and positive psychology techniques to improve life satisfaction.
