I am a highly experienced teacher (26+ years, which includes 12+ years of online teaching) and provide 1-on-1 online tuition for:

I explain the fundamental concepts of computer programming and try to ensure that each individual topic is crystal clear to the student, so that they develop sound and in-depth logical & thinking skills.

• US middle/high school: Computer Programming (Python, Java, C++, C, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
• USACO
• DATA STRUCTURES & ALGORITHMS in Python, C++, Java, C.
• DSA & Interview/Job preparation: Leetcode, Hackerrank, Hackerearth, Codeforces, Codechef, GeeksForGeeks, etc.
• College/university UG/PG courses: Computer Programming (including DSA)
• IB (DP/MYP): Computer Science
• ^AS & A Levels, IGCSE/GCSE: Computer Science ^(CIE, Edexcel, AQA, OCR, etc.)
• CBSE, ISC/ICSE: Computer Science/Applications (Java & Python)
**Some VERY IMPORTANT points about the AP Computer Science A course I teach:
- I have been teaching AP CSA since 2015 and I am pretty well-versed with the question pattern of MCQs and FRQs
- I will provide all the study material to the student that is required for teaching & studying, reference, practice & revision.
- the time stated (60 to 80 hours) to complete the course includes my teaching time, clearing the student's doubts, revision and mock tests.
- For me, "completing a course" clearly implies that the student is able to answer any MCQ or FRQ correctly without any further help.
- the AP CS A course requires an intensive and in-depth knowledge of the Java Programming language.
- I explain the fundamentals of Java programming thereby ensuring that the core concepts of coding are fully clear to the students, so that they develop sound logical & thinking skills and don't resort to rote learning of code.
- By explaining my students a lot of AP type questions (both MCQs and FRQs), I ensure that they are fully prepared to face the exam with full confidence.
- To assess the students' progress, students are required to attempt assignments and I also conduct mock tests regularly.
