About Gareth
I am a 32-year-old male from Gauteng, South Africa. I've been part of the fitness industry since I was 14 years old. I've worked in gyms, online and in the comfort of people's homes when it comes to training. I'm very passionate about fitness and the health benefits it has to offer. My goal as a trainer is to help as many people reach their fitness goals and improve their quality of life.
