About Evie
I have just graduated with a first class degree in Philosophy and Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh, and I am passionate about finding ways to make mathematics engaging and interesting for everyone. I am fascinated by the different ways in which we learn, and this is reflected in the way I teach. I have 4 years of tutoring experience and I love to work with my students to improve their skills and confidence in mathematics.

I teach mathematics at any school level, and have 4 years of tutoring experience. My lessons are shaped around how the student learns best - whether that is in 30 minute or 1 hour long lessons, method-based or application-based learning, I like to adapt my teaching to suit the student. I teach online via Teams (or any similar platform), and use an online whiteboard to work collaboratively and share notes and examples.
