About Charlie
My name is Charlie, and I am currently studying Physics at Imperial College London. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong foundation in science and mathematics, which I am passionate about sharing with others. My approach focuses on helping students build a thorough understanding of complex concepts, enabling them to apply their knowledge confidently rather than relying solely on memorisation. I believe that mastering the fundamentals is key to academic success and long-term retention. In addition to my STEM expertise, I also offer tutoring in Mandarin and Cantonese, providing a unique language-learning opportunity that is relatively rare in the online tutoring market. I am committed to creating personalised lessons tailored to each student’s individual goals and learning style. By setting clear objectives and providing targeted homework, I ensure continuous progress and measurable improvement. I also offer flexible lesson durations, ranging from one to two hours, to best accommodate the student’s needs and schedule. I teach GCSE and A level Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths remotely. I am currently tutoring A level Chemistry and Maths, and I also have experience teaching GCSE Chemistry. I’m confident I can help you build a strong understanding and achieve your academic goals.
