my teaching methodology is to first identify areas where the students need help on and differentiate whether thats due to their subject knowledge or their approach to topics. I like to celebrate their mistakes and encourage them to make as many so we can analyse them together. I like to ask my students to learn the topics and find where everything has rooted from rather than memorising formulas.
