About Müge
I am a psychology graduate yoga teacher. I have completed my training on hatha yoga, vinyasa, yin yoga, meditation and mindfulness and I have been teaching for about 3 years. I have worked with yoga studios and companies. I teach private and group, both at the student's home and at my own home. Due to the pandemic, I am currently teaching my classes online (via zoom).

I try to organize my private lessons according to the physical and spiritual needs of the students. The classes consist of yoga practice, meditation and breathing exercises. The work is approximately 75 minutes. It is not necessary to have practiced yoga or any physical practice before. Lessons are suitable for beginners.
