About Nina
A gymnast myself for over 15 years starting as a rhythmic gymnast and later making the switch to artistic at the age of 19. My passion for the sport is undeniable, making me a very invested coach thriving to make you the best version of yourself. Here to create an environment that allows you to enjoy the process even when this involves making a few mistakes along the way. Let’s have a laugh about it and find some drills to fix the problem!

Sports Science graduate and elite artistic gymnastics coach with over 7 years of experience working with children, teenagers and adults internationally.
I have coached gymnasts from their first steps in the sport all the way to high-level competition, and I have also taught on official gymnastics coaching courses for the Federation. I am a certified Artistic Gymnastics Coach and an official gymnastics judge.
For children:
I help young gymnasts build strong foundations in strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence, always focusing on safe technique and correct progressions. I also support gymnasts who want extra help outside the gym or personalised feedback to improve faster.
For adults:
I work with adults who want to improve handstands, flexibility, posture and overall body control, including Cross training athletes and beginners to gymnastics-based movement.
Sessions can be:
• Live online coaching (Zoom)
• Personalised video analysis (send a video and receive detailed feedback and drills)
I adapt every session to the age, level and goals of the student, creating structured but enjoyable sessions that build confidence and long-term progress.
Free 20-minute introductory call available to assess level, goals and the best way to work together.
