About Руслан

Who I am and why I teach?

My name is Ruslan, but most students know me as @boss1english.
I’m an English coach who focuses on real communication, not just rules from a textbook.

I didn’t come into teaching by accident. I know what it feels like to learn English as a second language — confusion, fear of speaking, translating in your head, and not understanding natives. I went through this myself, so now I teach the way I wish someone had taught me: clearly, practically, and with real results.

I teach because I genuinely enjoy seeing people grow in confidence.
For me, the best moment is when a student suddenly realizes:
“Wait… I’m actually speaking English.”

My goal is not just to explain grammar.
My goal is to help you:
• speak without fear
• understand real conversations
• use English at work and in life
• feel confident in another language

I believe English can change opportunities, careers, and even the direction of life — and I want to help you unlock that.
