I am a Cordon Bleu Qualified Chef with my own Royal Iced Biscuit Company. I have more than 15 years experience in the kitchen, as well as more than 10 year baking and decorating experience. I can teach you all the tips & tricks to decorate for any occasion.

I like taking my time with each student, as to ensure they understand, as well as testing what they heard as we go along.
