About Arith
I am a qualified and well-experienced 1500hr certified Hatha yoga Instructor (Rishikesh, India) also having strong practice in Ashtanga Vinyasa style. Being born in South Asia as a child, I have been mostly raised around Ashrams, temples, and spiritual communities. As a young adult, after graduating university and spending a few years in the corporate world, I decided to take a step back and follow my family root path. Exploring and deepening my knowledge in Buddhism, Yoga, and Ayurveda. Over the past years, I have been spending my time reliving in forest monasteries, deepening my own practice, with monks and other yogis. Practicing and living along the lines of dhamma and the spirit of yoga...union. Continuing to be a lifelong student, and as I continue to walk my own journey of life, I look forward to sharing this beautiful practice with you, with love and light...and great honor to all my teachers Arith.

I am an Advanced 1500hr Hatha Yoga teacher certified from the Paramanda Yoga research center in India / Sri Lanka. My classes are tailored depending on each individual student's needs. Helping maintain good postures, strength, flexibility, and to maintain a bright aura. The 75-minute classes can include a short meditation and pranayama practice followed by asana practice (postures and sequences). The lessons will also have a great focus on the therapeutic aspect of yoga in overcoming stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, communicable and non-communicable diseases. Knowledge and guidance on Ayurvedic food and medicines can be discussed as per the student's wish. I offer private 1-1 lessons and small group lessons online.
