About Carmina
I’m Carmina, a highly qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. I’m passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that physical wellbeing is the key and my job is to help you obtain this. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights, it’s all about a balance. I help those who loathe exercise to fall in love with fitness, I encourage people who lack inspiration to stay motivated and I work with all levels and abilities reach their goals.
I find so much pleasure in using my own experience and qualifications to help others. I don’t have to try and put myself in others’ shoes because I have walked in them! So trust me and I can help you obtain that happy and well-balanced lifestyle that we all deserve.
