About Niamh
Hi! I have recently completed my A-levels and am taking a gap year before starting university, studying Veterinary Medicine. Having recently studied OCR A-Level Chemistry and Biology myself, I understand how challenging these subjects can be and the importance of effective exam preparation.
I aim to create a friendly environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I want to make complex topics easier to understand through clear explanations and plenty of exam-focused practice. I will tailor sessions appropriate to need.

As I have recently finished my A-levels, I have up-to-date knowledge on the specification, and my teaching methods focus on explaining topics and going through past paper questions to help with confidence and understanding for exams. Lessons will be personalised based on the student. Lessons will last 60 minutes.
I am awaiting my results in August, but my predicted grades are:
OCR Chemistry: A*
OCR Biology: A*
Edexcel Psychology: A*
I have experience with tutoring a year 6 in maths for SATs
My lessons are suitable for students in year 12 or year 13 who are taking OCR A-level chemistry. I am also happy to provide support for A-level Biology students. And I am flexible if a Chemistry student ever needs to run a biology query by me also.
