I’m a mathematician that works in a start-up. I’ve done well in maths from a young age, in competitions up to a degree. I’ve tutored family friends and online, taught school groups over summer and taught sports as a part time job throughout school

i believe in academics, if someone has understand of a subject or concept and knows how to apply it, they will succeed in it.
To get to that stage, I believe someone has to have the basics clear, practice lots and remember the information.
It’s my opinion that the only way to do this successfully is that someone enjoys the process of doing this.
In my experience, few people enjoy maths, but many enjoy working toward exciting things, and achieving goals / completing challenges.
I like to make work about relevant to the motivation for doing it.
