About Izabel
I am very passionate about sport, and I have a great desire to understand what comes under the massive world of sport. Ranging from strength and conditioning, to how sport had developed over the decades and anatomy and physiology to nutrition. I would love to be able to help and share my knowledge with other students who have a similar passion.

My lessons are mainly for students studying sport at level 3 (A-levels, Btec), however, I am more than happy to support first year university sports students in the studies. I will use online services such as Zoom to connect with students to make sure that the lessons are accessible for both the student and myself. I will cover the basics of the course within the first few weeks of study, then go into further detail and the students knowledge starts to develop. Lessons will usually last from an hour to an hour and a half. I have got a Btec Level 3 qualification in Sport, achieving a triple Distinction. I have now finished my first year of a Bachelor’s degree studying sports therapy.
