About Devi
I am a hardworking individual who is willing to help and support others with their academic needs and share as much of my knowledge with others as I can. I understand how stressful school can be and aim to support my students as best I can!
I have a unique insight into academics as I have gone through exams myself and performed well quite recently and can offer personalised tutoring based on the students' abilities and needs.

I offer tutoring on an hourly basis per week. For example, 2 hours a week.
Each hour session consists of some recap and then exam technique and questions practice as well as going over content that is tricky.
I work with the students to ensure we cover bases that they find difficult and need support with.
I also help them go over any mock papers they have done in school to reinforce and correct errors.
I also put a strong focus on revision techniques and how they can revise on their own to support their learning including making flashcards in the session.
After the session, I follow up with an email summarising the lesson and including any tips, tricks and resources to use. This proves useful to both the student and the parents to see what occurs in the session itself.
I have privately tutored before so I am familiar with Teams and online platforms. I can provide examples of what a follow-up email may look like. I achieved all 9s in my GCSEs and hold a medicine offer at a Russell Group university and can offer support to GCSE students.
