About Constance

I am currently a junior, I have been doing an internship for 5 months in a law firm in Paris, specializing in intellectual, literary and artistic property law.

Last summer, I volunteered to teach L1 students who wanted to get ahead of L2. Also, I am a volunteer teacher for the association "school aid" in the Paris suburbs. I mainly give courses in philosophy and SES.

As a result, it is a real passion for teaching that has taken root, which I wish to share.

About the lesson

Currently in the third year of law, I want to help students understand the methodology that is expected. Indeed, having been there myself, I understand that exercises such as the practical case or the stop commentary are difficult to carry out.

Therefore, I suggest that you rework the methodology with the sheets that I am preparing, to correct your copies by making a general assessment in order to rectify errors in form (titles, issues, etc.) as in substance (any errors of law).

Also, at the end of each course, I send a summary sheet which includes the topics covered and the important case law. The goal is to see you progress and succeed in your year
