About Taylor
I have been an educator since 2018 at the middle school level. I have taught Ancient World History, American History until the end of the Civil War, and American Civics. I love to have fun while learning, it makes even the most boring topics just a little bit more enjoyable. I believe that part of learning and understanding is working on the skill of attempting. It is fine if something is not correct the first time, it is all about not giving up and having confidence in yourself.

I like to guide students in finding their answers as a way to promote confidence. I take the time to break down information and find new and engaging ways that personally connect to the student. A typical lesson entails "I do, we do, you do" method. Lessons are often tailored for middle school students who are below grade level in reading.
