About Iman

A current third year neural science student at NYU. I love to share knowledge with others, I try my best not to just improve grades but allow students to build their confidence in and out of the classroom because that will benefit them in the long run

About the lesson

- My teaching methodology revolves around fostering a student-centered and interactive learning environment. I prioritize understanding my students' strengths, weaknesses, and goals, allowing me to customize lessons that cater to their individual needs. I encourage active participation and dialogue during sessions, promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Each lesson typically begins with a brief recap of previous concepts, establishing continuity and reinforcing learning. I then introduce new topics, breaking them down into manageable parts. Through guided exercises and discussions, students actively participate in grasping the subject matter. I encourage questions and provide clarifications to ensure a comprehensive understanding. Towards the end of each session, we review the key takeaways and set goals for the next meeting.

-What distinguishes me as a tutor is my unwavering dedication to my students' growth and success. I create a nurturing and empathetic learning environment, fostering open communication and trust with my students. My ability to adapt my teaching style to suit each student's individual needs allows me to facilitate their academic progress effectively.

- My tutoring services are designed to cater to students across various educational levels and degrees. Whether it's high school, middle school , or elementary level, I am equipped to offer support in a range of subjects, including mathematics, sciences, literature, social sciences, and more.
