About Sananda
Hello! My name is Sananda, and I am a Biomedical Engineering student at NUS. I am a Teach SG Mentor and I have prior experience teaching English to secondary students. I was also a peer mentor in school, with experience explaining challenging concepts, clearing doubts and creating study aids for Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
I am excited to help you enhance your learning with lesson plans that are suited to your learning style!

Lessons will start with explaining each concept clearly and with analogies that students can relate to. At each step, examples will be explained to facilitate learning.
Following examples, emphasis will be given to consistent practice of questions from easy to intermediate to hard difficulty to reinforce the concept. Regular encouragement and short breaks will be given to the student to maintain motivation. The lesson length may be 1 - 1.5 hours.
I have experience as a Teach SG mentor for secondary English and my engineering degree has equipped me with advanced mathematical and scientific knowledge. I have also completed Cambridge A levels with three A*s and one A, giving me the credibility to teach these subjects. My lessons may be suitable for any school student at any level.
