About Lavina
I am a nursing student in my second year. While my course is centered around biology, maths, and clinical nursing skills I have always had a passion and keen interest for english. I love writing, reading and all else that it entails. I hope that through tutoring I can keep a connection to doing what I love and help students who struggle with this subject to build on what they know and gain confidence.

my teaching style is centered around the needs of the tutee, everyone learns with a different method. I am happy to explain things over and over until it makes sense to you, as this is how it will stick! A lesson can typically last 1-2 hours. I have GCSE and A-level qualifications in English literature, so my lessons are aimed at those currently studying at those levels.
