About Suné

My name is Suné. I reside in Meyerton, Gauteng in South Africa. I am a newly certified TEFL/ TESOL teacher.
I am friendly, reliable and hardworking individual. I am passionate about teaching English and making it fun to learn the language. I am talkative and enjoy asking questions to ensure students get involved and understand the content. I may be new to the online teaching world, but I believe I will be a valuable asset and will make a difference. A little about me: I enjoy reading and listening to music. I love spending time with my family and friends. I have two small children. I am an easy going, fun - loving person. I am a bit of a perfectionist and a fast learner. I do not enjoy being late for any event or occasion. I have always wanted to be a teacher, I am now moving towards my dream thanks to TEFL. I have a passion to help people.

About the lesson

I am a newly certified TEFL and/or TESOL teacher. I am passionate about teaching the English language. I am able to teach from young learners to adults. I believe in making lessons fun and enjoyable. I ask a lot of instruction checking questions to ensure students understand what is expected of them. I like to ask Concept checking questions to ensure students understand what is being taught to them. I like to use pictures and/or flashcards, description and/or definition to elicite the answer from students. Another way of eliciting and checking method I enjoy using is clines and/or gestures. This is using using useful adjectives such as size, temperature, etc. I enjoy using sense relations when applicable, eg." It means very, very rich - wealthy."

I am new to teaching, but I believe that I can bring a unique and positive difference to your learning journey.
I have worked at numerous companies from Hotels, Hospitals, Breweries, Cleaning chemical companies, Pharmacies and Building supply company.

I have a certificate in Financial bookkeeping first level, Certificate in TEFL/ TESOL and i have passed the entry exam to study to be a pharmacy assistant.

Payments are to be made in advance and if cancellation occurs please take note of the following: A 48 hour cancellation is applicable if charges are to be avoided. If cancellation is after 48 hours then a cancellation fee of R150 is payable.
