About Glenn
I have been obsessed with tech for as long as I can remember from phones to computers to audio equipment to any and all software. I started learning to code in high school and still dabble in a few languages. I have worked as IT Manager at several art/fitness organizations in NYC. I'm best at troubleshooting, understanding how instructions are written and what they SHOULD say, and I'm good at researching when the instructions aren't clear. I vowed to always be comfortable around tech, which means constantly learning, and teaching is a great way to learn!

I have spent my entire life deeply immersed in the tech world. I'm a big tech nerd, but I know not everyone is. I'm a natural teacher, and I'm best when teaching things I love. I have helped many a friend and family member get comfortable with new tech in their lives, and I am gonna take a whack at getting paid for it.
I'm patient, thorough, and lighthearted. I've never seen anyone get overwhelmed when I'm teaching them, and my goal is ALWAYS to make them self-sufficient.
