About Marley
I’m a private yoga instructor who offers neurodivergent-affirming, accessible, and supportive one-on-one sessions. I focus on meeting you exactly where you are, with practices tailored to your body, needs, and goals rather than forcing a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
My background in microbiology shapes how I think about the body with curiosity, respect, and an appreciation for how unique each person’s system is. I bring that same mindset into yoga, creating space to explore movement, breath, and awareness without judgment or pressure to perform.
I’m especially passionate about helping people who may not have felt fully comfortable or seen in traditional yoga spaces. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and a more connected relationship with your body in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and genuinely supportive.
