About Christine
The first session starts with the smell of old wood and the sound of a well-tuned acoustic guitar. We go through your current technique to see where the rhythm is dragging. I emphasize electric technique and scales so you can play with more confidence. You will receive a monthly recorded review of your progress to keep your goals in sight.
My 13 years of gigging ensure that everything we do is ready for a real audience. We focus on the mechanics of the hand to make sure you are not working harder than you need to. You will walk away with a clear plan for your practice week.

I keep my guitar picks in the same pocket where I kept them during my touring days. The strings are usually warm because I play every single morning.
I spent 13 years touring the chanson circuit and sharpening my fingerpicking and rhythm guitar skills. My students are often self-taught players who feel stuck in a rut. I provide the structure they need to play actual music instead of just exercises. I have 13 years of experience helping people move from frustration to playing full songs.
